Is the booking fee applied towards services?

The booking fee is not applied towards the services. This fee helps support our admin and behind-the-scene operations to ensure a smooth and effective process while in the planning phase.

Will the same artist(s) Who do the trial be the same for the day of?

Yes, of course! On a (super) rare occasion an artist becomes unavailable last minute, THP will offer a complimentary trial with another artist of equal style and experience. Another rare circumstance would be if you didn’t like your first trial due to an artist’s style, we will also work with you to try another artist on our team. We want you happy! Please always communicate with us your feelings about your trials.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Once booked with contract signed, the booking fee and service (first) installment is made, those become non-refundable. From there, we have a 120 day cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel within 120 days of your wedding, the last installment will be charged to the card on file. We are compassionate and human first, so please always communicate with us.
